Nailah R. Tillman, DDS, MS
Dr. Tillman is a general dentist. She received her dental training from Howard University College of Dentistry where she graduated with an award of distinction from the Public Health Department for her commitment to serving the community. While at Howard, she was selected as a Colgate-Palmolive Research Scholar and participated in research on substance abuse interventions in the Dental care setting at Queen Mary University in London, England.
Dr. Tillman’s passion and commitment to providing quality Oral Healthcare in communities of color have been a driving force in her goal of reducing Oral Healthcare disparities within vulnerable populations. She is currently a Dental Public Health Resident at Harvard University College of Dental Medicine where she is gaining experience in Healthcare Policy and Advocacy. Working hands-on with patients, increasing patient oral health literacy and removing barriers between Dental Health providers and patients, are all core objectives in her daily practices at Mattapan Community Health Center. Nailah is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, the National Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. She enjoys art, food, and music from cultures around the globe.
