Greetings and Welcome to Mattapan Community Health Center's Website! Mattapan Community Health Center (MCHC) officially marked the opening of its new 50,000 square foot building, at 1575 Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan Square on September 10th 2012. Congressman Capauano, Governor Deval Patrick, and Mayor Thomas Menino all were on hand to help celebrate this big step forward for us as a community. And there was much cause to celebrate. Our new Facility now houses the first pharmacy the Mattapan Community has seen in more than 30 years, CVS Pharmacy. MCHC also houses the Citizen Bank branch for Mattapan. With the opening of the New MCHC Health Center, we usher in a new era of expanded care for the communities we serve. MCHC is standing proud as we mark 40 years of providing safe, affordable, and community accessible Health Care.

We are your neighborhood health center. We are most proud that we have moved the needle towards a healthier community. We are blessed and could not have made this journey without the support of our board, staff, our donors, lenders, our partners, elected officials, and the neighborhoods we serve.

We have been growing and developing with our community since 1972. This website has been developed to open the doors of our health center to the community by showing you the faces of many of our patients, staff, and friends. This website also has topics which provide insights into who we are and the services we provide. Therefore, we encourage you to explore our website and become informed, inspired, and involved in our mission.
