Guirlene Jean-Simon trained at UMass Boston and interned at Mattapan Community Health Center and Mount Auburn Geriatric. 

Ms. Jackson is a Certified Diabetes Educator providing nutrition services to diabetic patients and all patients of MCHC. Through the Diabetes We Care Program she facilitates nutrition outreach to the community.

Sarah Arlick, PNP is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her nursing education at the Jefferson School of Nursing in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Eleonu specializes in General Obstetrics and Gynecology. He was trained at the Medical College of Va. and completed both his internship and residency at Boston City Hospital. 

Dr. Charles specializes in Family Medicine. She was trained at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and her residency was completed at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Charles is board certified and affiliated with Boston Medical Center. She speaks Haitian Creole..
