Dr. Cariz specializes in Internal Medicine with expertise in several areas, namely Diabetes, Hypertension, and Preventative Care and is board-certified.

Dr. Livaditis is a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). She trained at Jefferson Medical College and Johns Hopkins University.

Adi Rattner, MD is a board-certified Family Physician specializing in Family Medicine. She trained at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Boston University Medical Center.

Chandler Christophe, MD, is a physician specializing in Family Medicine. He received a B.S. in Biological Sciences at Rutgers University and continued on to pursue his Medical Degree at the same institution.

Tarma Johnson, FNP-BC is our Director of Clinical Health Services and a Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in Adult Primary Care.
